Clients are also billed for all reasonable business expenses and travel time ($50/Hour) in excess of 1 hour from the company location in Newnan GA associated with contracted services including (but not limited to) training materials/handouts, mileage at the current accepted IRS Rate to/from locations, lodging, coach airfare (if needed), and meals not to exceed $95 per whole day and $47.50 per half day.
